TPU Hot-Melting Monofilament Yarn

TPU thermal fuse yarn is divided into two types: multi-filament thermal fuse and monofilament thermal fuse. The melting point can be controlled between 85C and 150C by adjusting the characteristics of the raw material. Under normal temperature, TPU thermal fuse is woven with other fibers. The fabric then applies pressure to the fabric under dry heat or damp heat. When the temperature is higher than the melting point of the thermal fuse, the thermal fuse gradually melts. At this temperature, other conventional fibers remain unchanged and are bonded together by thermal fuse.
